Just wondering...any bear spots in cowichie unit?

i am going over next weekend to visit some friends and he lives just outta yakima towards the Cowichie UNIT.
Does anyone have any ideas of areas i can poke around for some bears in that area.
i dont know the area and was just wondering.

I had the archery bull tag in there in 03 and saw quite a few bears on the north boundry of the Cowiche.  Also saw a few on the other side in the Rimrock.
